GIVE US A CALL OR SEND US AN EMAIL
Let us answer all of your questions and check trip availability. Our office is open 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7 days a week – 1-866-514-0829 OR by email at [email protected].
APPLICATION / DEPOSIT
Fill out our online application and send in a deposit of $800. Openings are available on a first come basis. Once we receive your application and deposit your spot will be saved. Full tuition is due May 1st. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
PARENT PLANNING PAGE
Once we receive your application and deposit, you will receive a link to our parent planning page. Our parent planning page contains all necessary paperwork, important reminders, and everything else you need for a successful summer with us.
PRE-TRIP QUESTIONNAIRE
Our pre-trip questionnaires for both parents and participants are found on our parent planning page. These questionnaires help our leaders learn about our participants, about any previous experience (no experience required), and help us understand the goals our parents and participants what to accomplish during their summer trip with us.
SET UP AIR TRAVEL
Book your air travel to and from your arrival airport. Keep us updated with all flight purchases – we will work to coordinate multiple participants on each flight. Have any questions? Give us a call!
